Tip of the Week

You can have the most incredible pool pump on the planet, though it'd be a waste if you don't have compatible pipe sizes.

Most pipes that are used to move the pool water towards the filters are 2inches in diameter. The pipes that take the water back should be smaller and different sizes (they range from 1 1/2 inches to 1/2 inch). The existence of varied sizes helps increase the water pressure.

*Pressure is needed to disperse heat and chemicals evenly.
