July 6, 2007, Newsletter Issue #72: Pipe Problems

Tip of the Week

Pool parts aren't perfect? They can break down just like anything else you own. The trick is figuring out what you need to do to fix that problem. One of the more common pool pump problems is obviously flow.

If you have a flow problem, you can look within...literally. If your heart experiences problems, most likely it's caused from the clogging of the arteries. The pump is no different. If you have a flow problem in your pool, shut off the pool and check the pipes leading in and out of it for blockage and examine the skimmer baskets.
